(1) The land office shall register the government and public land within its area respectively in Schedule-2A. And Schedule-2b. It should be kept up-to-date in the following records.
(2) When updating the registration of government and public land according to sub-rule (1), the Land Registry Office will be able to understand the regional books and other evidence if necessary.
(3) The responsibility of protecting government and public land registered under sub-rule (1) shall be that of the concerned land office.
